The first step is the hardest...

Today I start this blog, after keeping it in the "thinking-about-doing brain freezer" for far too long.

"An insurance blog?", you ask? ... Yes. That is the idea.

Sort of.

I don't have any intention of writing about all the technical aspects about insurance. Because really, is there anybody out there who wants to read and write about insurance contracts all day? Well, perhaps they do exist, but they cannot count me among their numbers. (I know my contracts, don't get me wrong ... but blogging about them? No thank you.)

The ojectives of this blog are pretty straightforward.

I hope to leverage the power of technology to facilitate an open and ongoing dialogue with the public in order to:
1) provide direct, unfiltered exposure to the core thoughts and ideas that drive our agency,
2) establish and grow relationships within the blogging community,
3) ... well ... we want to grow ourselves a nice, plump Purple Cow. And to do that, we need your help.
